Most problems with the Equal-i Control App can be resolved by:
1. Within the Equal-i Control App, select the Conference Room drop-down and re-select the Image Processor.
2. Ensure
that no other device is connected to the Image Processor, as the image processor will only accept one
connection at a time. If unsure, manually reboot the Image Processor to force disconnect all sessions.
3. Reboot the Image Processor
4. Uninstall and reinstall the Equal-i Control App
