The HDMI output from the Image Processor is a 1080p 30fps (or 25fps) video.
Providing that the codec is able to receive a 1080p video standard, then it can output at any resolution that is desired without hindering the functionality of the Equal-i System. In the event that the codec is unable to receive a 1080p video standard, then an HDMI scan converter will have to be inserted between the Equal-i system and the codec.
