Ensure that the Camera Module is connected to the Image Processor using the supplied HDMI cables. If not, then power off the Image Processor and connect them. If they are connected, take the following steps in the event that the image displays all white on your display(s):
1. Launch the Windows Equal-i Control app
the Settings Menu
Note: The default password to access the Settings Menu is: ATEQi2S!
the Admin tab
Load Factory Defaults
5. Select Save
Note: Once this is complete, you will need to adjust the camera settings.
If you have taken the above steps and the image does not look correct, please contact your Pro AV and system integration technician for further troubleshooting and/or next steps. If you are a representative of the Pro AV organization, please contact the manufacturer for further information.
