Should either of the camera heads get out of alignment, the following procedure should be followed:

 

  1. Go to Video+Content transmit mode and ensure that the image appears aligned.
  2. If the image is out of alignment while in Video+Content mode, then perform manual alignment via the set screws on the camera module located underneath the cap.
  3. If the image is not out of alignment while in Video+Content mode, then perform digital alignment via the Windows Equal-i Control app or via a telnet session.  To do this:
          a. Switch to the framing mode that is out of alignment.
          b.  Make Digital X/Y Fine Adjustments while in the mode, being sure to save settings when done.
          c.  Switch between other framing modes to ensure that alignment is set properly in other modes.

 

Note:  You should always manually adjust in Video+Content mode first, then perform Digital X/Y Fine Adjustment to other modes.
