*This was a known issue with FPGA Firmware versions 2.03 and earlier. If you have an earlier version of the firmware installed on your Image Processor, we recommend you update to the latest.  Firmware can be obtained at http://arraytelepresence.com/support.


If you are operating on FPGA Firmware version 2.04 or later, then:


1. Verify that the correct HDMI input on your display is selected. 

2. Cycle the power to the Equal-i Image Processor by:

· Within the Equal-i Control App, select Menu > Reboot

· Unplug the power to the Image Processor for 10 seconds then plugging it back in.
